As brushing, flossing and rinsing will take care of your teeth from outside, eating healthy food will protect it from inside. Food containing calcium, proteins and vitamins D such as milk, curd cheese, vegetables, fruits, almonds, cashew nuts and other variety of nuts will make your teeth strong and will prevent from bacteria.
Tobacco affects the human body causing serious problems in lungs and mouth, which includes bad breath, teeth discoloration, teeth problems, gum diseases and oral cancer. So, better quit, if you are consuming any kind of tobacco.
Above all, visit a dentist at least once in 6 months and immediately when you feel a pain or some problem in your mouth.
